Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company’s commercial interior fitout portfolio in Bali and beyond.
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value clients, including hotels, retail chains, corporate offices, and real estate developers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, contractors, and property owners to generate repeat business.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to create tailored proposals that align with client expectations and market trends.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and timelines to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and conversion rates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of closing high-value commercial projects (fitout, renovation, or new builds).
- Strong network of contacts in Bali’s real estate, hospitality, or corporate sectors is a major advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of commercial interior design trends, materials, and project management.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and project estimation software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
