Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ agency partners, ensuring alignment with Fresh Printsâ strategic goals.
- Develop and execute scalable partnership strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to optimize outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to streamline processes and enhance partner satisfaction.
- Create and deliver performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and risks.
- Onboard new partners efficiently, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed with Fresh Printsâ tools and resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development (2+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
