Based in the heart of Bali—covering key areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung—you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the region’s thriving hospitality and tourism sector. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and the delivery of exceptional service to our network of retailers and partners.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth for Lotto and gaming products.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching to drive performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and local authorities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to gaming operations and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, business development, or retail operations, preferably in the gaming, lottery, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and regulatory environment for gaming operations is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions and work flexible hours as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant asset.
