Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their event needs and proposing customized solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into confirmed bookings for social events.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and timeline management to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and promotional materials that highlight our unique event offerings.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to present concepts, address concerns, and finalize event details.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position Daalco Development Corp. as a leader in Bali’s social event market.
  • Manage client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and present post-event reports, gathering feedback to continuously improve our services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, account management, or event coordination, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of adapting to last-minute changes.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
  • Passion for the events industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
