Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze achievement of target values, including BO (Bill Outlet) and QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand, depot, and sales team.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and present insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all monitoring systems and databases.
- Lead regular performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales outcomes.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on best practices in data monitoring and analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in data analytics to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail or sales environments.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for data extraction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with monitoring KPIs and developing performance reports for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Leadership experience or supervisory skills to guide a team of analysts.
- Familiarity with retail metrics such as BO, QVO, and inventory turnover is a plus.
