As the Franchising Officer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new franchisees while ensuring the success and compliance of existing ones. You will work closely with franchise partners to optimize operations, drive sales, and maintain brand consistency across all Uncle John's outlets. Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential franchisees in target locations across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Develop and implement franchising strategies to drive brand expansion and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess new franchise opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Monitor franchise performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, legal) to address franchisee needs and resolve issues.
- Prepare regular reports on franchising activities, market trends, and expansion progress for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchising, business development, or retail operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing franchise relationships and driving growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in the retail or FMCG sector is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and other regions as needed.
