Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure high-value wedding bookings in Baliās top venues (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Consult with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, and recommend tailored wedding packages.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase Tavolo Groupās services and venues.
- Negotiate contracts, manage client expectations, and ensure seamless communication throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with event planners, designers, and vendors to deliver flawless wedding experiences.
- Track sales performance, meet monthly targets, and provide regular reports to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate referrals through exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in Baliās wedding market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury hospitality, events, or wedding planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-profile clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Baliās wedding industry, venues, and cultural traditions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
