Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth in Thailand’s cooling, energy, and utilities sectors.
  • Lead market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private enterprises, and industry partners.
  • Oversee sales and operations teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance targets.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for energy projects, cooling systems, and utility services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor financial performance, P&L, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or general management within the energy, utilities, or industrial cooling sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of Thailand’s energy market, regulatory landscape, and industry trends.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required for client meetings and business development.
