Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new corporate and leisure clients in Bali’s premium market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, tour operators, and corporate partners.
- Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
- Negotiate and close lucrative contracts that align with company revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring seamless experiences from inquiry to post-sale support.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or luxury services.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s tourism and business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
