Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers and procurement teams across Bali
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential B2B clients
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with hospitality establishments
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Prepare and present weekly sales reports and market analysis to management
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in an outdoor sales environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali's key tourism areas
- Strong presentation skills and professional appearance
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term business relationships
- Basic computer skills for CRM management and sales reporting
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with hospitality sales being advantageous
