Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio by actively prospecting and converting leads into long-term banking relationships.
- Promote and sell a range of banking products, including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within Bali’s financial landscape.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and the bank’s offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.
- Organize and participate in local events, workshops, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools and internal systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably within the banking, financial services, or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Additional local dialects are a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in competitive environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with digital banking tools is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Bali, with a deep familiarity with the local market and culture.
