Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies and proposals.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position Genpact effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
