Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to international travelers and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless FX transaction experience.
- Promote and sell foreign exchange products and services, including currency exchange, travel cards, and digital payment solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on global currency trends, exchange rates, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the FX team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or financial services, preferably in FX or banking.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities to accurately process transactions and explain exchange rates.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in a high-traffic location.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Familiarity with FX software, POS systems, or financial platforms is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
