Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across Bali’s key markets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed performance metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and corporate partners to drive bulk and custom orders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store events, and digital sales initiatives.
- Ensure showroom standards reflect brand excellence, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement protocols.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to senior management with actionable insights.
- Represent Subur Furniture at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to expand brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience in sales leadership will be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in furniture, retail, or luxury goods.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally across Bali and to Jakarta for training or corporate meetings.
- Passion for interior design, home furnishings, and customer-centric sales approaches.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia; prior experience in Bali’s retail sector is highly advantageous.
