Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in Bali and beyond.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively source, assess, and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and market entries.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve ambitious sales and business development targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry leaders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiation & Closure: Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure favorable terms for partnerships, contracts, and business deals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Innovation & Adaptation: Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative approaches to business growth and adaptation to market changes.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in business development, sales, or strategic roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail, consumer goods, or related industries, with a focus on Southeast Asian markets.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Networking Expertise: Extensive professional network and ability to build and leverage relationships for business growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
