Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through strategic prospecting
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs and pain points
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales processes
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (work permit assistance may be provided)
