In this role, you will play a pivotal part in recruiting, training, and onboarding new franchise partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver exceptional service under the SeaOil brand. Your expertise will help accelerate franchise growth, maintain brand consistency, and drive long-term success for both the company and our franchisees.

Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit potential franchise partners in target regions (Bali, Indonesia).
- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new franchisees, including training on operations, branding, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless franchise setup, including legal, financial, and logistical support.
- Monitor franchisee performance during the initial phase and provide coaching and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and franchise regulations in Indonesia.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management, highlighting onboarding success rates and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to foster long-term loyalty and brand alignment.
- Assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies to attract high-quality franchise candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business onboarding, preferably in the oil & gas or retail industry.
- Proven track record in recruiting, training, and managing franchise partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal requirements, and financial modeling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and other regions in Indonesia as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and franchise management tools.
