Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs, highlighting the benefits of Cartrack’s telematics solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cartrack’s product enhancements to effectively position solutions.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, call center, or customer service roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Prior experience in the telematics, fleet management, or SaaS industry is advantageous but not required.
