Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers to promote City Savings Bank’s deposit, loan, and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for account openings, credit cards, and other banking services.
- Provide personalized financial consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with branch teams to organize and execute promotional events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and regulatory changes to deliver informed advice.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Uphold the bank’s brand standards and compliance policies in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail banking, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
