Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor multiple sales teams through Sales Managers to drive segment-level revenue growth and achieve strategic business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and enhance customer acquisition in the financial non-bank sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and innovative sales channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to foster long-term business growth.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within the financial services or non-bank sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies in competitive markets.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
