Responsibility

  • Assist the Business/Program Manager in overseeing assigned customer accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor account performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement account-specific strategies to enhance service delivery, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations for new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, account management, or a similar role within manufacturing, logistics, or customer service.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, or industrial services is highly desirable.
