Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing field sales team to achieve aggressive merchant acquisition targets across Bali
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive adoption of POS systems, PPOB services, and e-wallet solutions
- Establish and nurture key partnerships with local businesses, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, GTV growth, and market penetration rates
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance value propositions and sales materials
- Implement innovative sales techniques and incentive programs to motivate the sales team
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of POS systems, PPOB services, and e-wallet ecosystems
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience building and scaling sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a hands-on approach
