Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the finance, insurance, and investment sectors.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and strategic follow-ups.
- Present and promote financial products/services with clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales, preferably in the finance or insurance sector.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, confident phone manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection in a high-volume calling environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
