Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the finance, insurance, and investment sectors.

  • Present and promote financial products/services with clarity, professionalism, and persuasiveness.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound sales, preferably in the finance or insurance sector.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, confident phone manner.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
