Responsibility

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to promote our online transportation services and generate sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services to drive conversions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently engaging with leads and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to post-sales service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage customers persuasively and professionally.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
