Responsibility
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to promote our online transportation services and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services to drive conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently engaging with leads and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to post-sales service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions to contribute to the companyâs growth and success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage customers persuasively and professionally.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the online transportation industry or digital services is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales and customer service.
