Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market share in Bali’s industrial sector, focusing on conveyor frame solutions.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their operational needs and recommend customized conveyor systems that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met, and solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, end-users, and industry partners to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and follow-ups, to ensure client success and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. A business or sales degree with relevant experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in technical sales, preferably in industrial equipment, conveyor systems, or material handling solutions.
- Strong understanding of conveyor systems, mechanical components, and industrial automation with the ability to discuss technical details confidently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
