Responsibility
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly targets through consultative selling.
- Conduct fitness assessments and personalized tours for potential members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fitness programs and events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our brand effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the member experience.
- Participate in local community events to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or retail industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and training programs is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Residency or work permit in Indonesia is required.
