Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business success.
- Participate in pitch presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to close deals and secure partnerships.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination.
- Actively engage in networking events, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong passion for entrepreneurship, sales, and business development with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, market research, and business strategy (prior experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and immerse yourself in the local business ecosystem.
