Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve regional sales and growth targets in Bali.
- Identify and cultivate new market opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, government entities, and community leaders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and operations team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with Sharia banking principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Risk, Operations) to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of Sharia banking principles and products is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of local Balinese dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
