Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s industrial, commercial, and residential sectors to understand their technical and business needs.
  • Develop and present customized technical proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase product benefits and ROI.
  • Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Zenith as a market leader.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market feedback, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional connections and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, automation, or power solutions with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and site visits.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
