Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Unichi Wellness’s retail footprint across Southeast Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including negotiations and contract closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with brand messaging and promotions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in retail, FMCG, or wellness industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional SEA languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) is a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable business practices.
- Willingness to travel within the SEA region as needed.
