Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through professional and engaging communication.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and ensure seamless follow-up.
- Track and document all interactions in CRM systems to maintain accurate records and improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to tailor pitches effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for closing deals.
- Strong active listening and objection-handling abilities to engage prospects effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
