Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the packaging industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales or business development, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
