Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company goals, identifying and prioritizing high-value collaboration opportunities in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding, activation, and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including brands, agencies, influencers, and technology providers, ensuring long-term engagement and mutual growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and drive revenue impact.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and partnership performance to identify new opportunities and refine strategies for maximum ROI.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with partners, ensuring favorable terms while mitigating risks for the organization.
- Monitor and report on partnership KPIs, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Bali and beyond to enhance brand visibility and attract new partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the digital advertising, tech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing high-value partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnership performance.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, from executives to operational teams.
- Experience working in or with Southeast Asian markets, particularly Indonesia, with a deep understanding of local business culture and dynamics.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a strong advantage.
