Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs.
- Promote and sell a range of banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and in-branch consultations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the local area.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and participate in community events and financial literacy workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or banking, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market (Canggu and surrounding areas) and its financial needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software; familiarity with banking systems is a plus.
