Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Lead the design and execution of high-impact sales campaigns, promotions, and dealer incentive programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and budget allocations.
- Provide data-driven insights and performance analytics to optimize sales strategies and improve ROI.
- Support dealer network development by identifying opportunities, training teams, and enhancing customer experience.
- Manage product launch strategies, including go-to-market plans, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to proactively adjust sales tactics and maintain Honda’s leadership position.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sales planning, business development, or automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through innovative strategies and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, market dynamics, and customer behavior in Southeast Asia.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
