In this dual role, you will bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and customer needs, ensuring seamless solutions for hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals. You’ll work closely with our team to expand our market presence, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology in Indonesia.
Based in one of Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and potential relocation based on business needs.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for medical equipment and solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, proposals, and tenders tailored to client needs.
- Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position Suria-Medik as a market leader.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses to management.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to expand the company’s visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex medical equipment and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
