Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to bank clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Promote and sell banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch performance goals.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend suitable products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and market trends.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing events to expand the bank's client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail banking is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Bali.
