Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest and set appointments.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit for our services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Handle objections and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and engaging phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a bonus.
- Fluency in English is required.
