Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify high-potential leads for construction projects through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote construction services and solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s presence and reputation in Bali’s construction sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, construction sales, or architectural/engineering liaison roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, materials, and project lifecycle is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
