Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise all pre-wedding preparations, including venue setup, decor, and vendor management.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on event details.
- Oversee the execution of wedding ceremonies and receptions, troubleshooting any issues in real-time.
- Assist with guest management, including seating arrangements, greetings, and ensuring a high level of service.
- Monitor event timelines and ensure all activities adhere to the scheduled program.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or damages.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure food and beverage service meets client expectations.
- Uphold Tirtha Bali’s standards of excellence in service, presentation, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as events require.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Familiarity with wedding traditions, cultural sensitivities, and high-end service standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with setup/cleanup as needed.
