This contract-based position offers a competitive monthly retainer fee, with additional engagement on an as-needed basis to manage hall operations, provide expert technical support, and oversee marketing initiatives.

Your expertise in audio-visual systems, event coordination, and client management will drive the success of our venues, ensuring exceptional experiences for every guest and client.

Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operations of audio-visual equipment and systems in event halls and venues.
- Provide on-site technical support for events, including setup, troubleshooting, and operation of AV equipment.
- Coordinate and confirm bookings, ensuring all client requirements are met and documented.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote venue services and attract new clients.
- Maintain inventory of AV equipment, including regular inspections, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and technical setups.
- Train staff and clients on the proper use of AV systems and equipment.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovations to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in audio-visual management, event support, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including sound, lighting, and video equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Experience in venue or event management, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in using AV software and tools (e.g., QLab, ProPresenter, or similar).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies to promote venue services is a plus.
