Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Liaise with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including venue setup, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision.
- Develop innovative event concepts and themes that align with Brewerkz’s brand identity and enhance guest experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote events through digital and traditional channels, maximizing attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event staff, including training and scheduling, to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, assess success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in event management to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in event planning, hospitality, or a similar role, with a portfolio of successfully executed events.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
- Proficiency in event management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus.
