Responsibility
- Maintain and update e-commerce website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement UI/UX improvements and visual enhancements.
- Monitor website performance, identifying and resolving content or layout issues promptly.
- Optimize web pages for SEO, including meta tags, keywords, and image alt text to improve search rankings.
- Conduct regular audits of website content and design to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.
- Assist in A/B testing for UI elements, analyzing results to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and promotions.
- Provide technical support for content management systems (CMS) and troubleshoot basic UI-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in website content management, UI support, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Magento).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for web content optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design and user experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
