Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) to align operations with business goals and drive strategic initiatives.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage vendor and client relationships to ensure smooth service delivery and high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using operational tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software, data analytics platforms).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is highly desirable.
