Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) to align operations with business goals and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage vendor and client relationships to ensure smooth service delivery and high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software, data analytics platforms).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is highly desirable.
