Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of fixed network projects, including IPRAN, DWDM, and IP-based systems.
- Oversee site installation, configuration, and acceptance testing to ensure compliance with technical specifications and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and clients, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments to mitigate potential delays or issues.
- Conduct performance validation and troubleshooting to ensure network stability, scalability, and optimal performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and on-site technicians.
- Prepare and present progress reports, documentation, and post-implementation reviews to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in fixed network deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network implementation, site installation, or acceptance testing for transport projects (IPRAN, DWDM, IP).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end network deployment projects in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of telecom protocols, network architectures, and industry standards (e.g., ITU-T, IEEE).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), Huawei (HCNP/HCIE), or equivalent are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
