Responsibility
- Develop and execute the product strategy for E Booster, RewardsLink, and RedPay, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Drive product integration and scalability to enhance user experience and commercial success.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product roadmaps are executed on time and within budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead, preferably in the digital or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends.
