Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate IT needs across branches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including procurement, service agreements, and performance evaluations for IT-related services.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data and systems from threats.
- Deploy, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches as needed.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role, with a strong background in network and server management.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Hands-on experience with networking protocols, firewalls, and security systems (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and vendors effectively.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving IT demands in a dynamic environment.
