Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to provide tailored wealth solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses, including retirement planning, tax optimization, and estate planning, to create customized strategies.
- Recommend and implement HSBC Life’s wealth management products, such as insurance plans, investment portfolios, and savings solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial products to provide informed, proactive advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment specialists and underwriters, to deliver seamless client experiences and resolve complex financial challenges.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to compliance and ethical standards, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Educate clients on financial literacy, risk management, and wealth preservation strategies through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations.
- Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions, monitor portfolio performance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or a client-facing role within the banking/financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and retirement planning strategies.
- Professional certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
