Responsibility
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of financial assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market conditions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including AML and KYC requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency in portfolio management.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect client investments and minimize exposure.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Leverage financial modeling tools and software to forecast performance and support decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in portfolio operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in portfolio operations, financial analysis, or investment management.
- Proven track record in managing high-value portfolios within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar tools).
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, SEC, or other relevant frameworks).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a hybrid work model.
- Certifications such as FRM, PRM, or Series 7/63 are highly advantageous.
