Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of marketing and business partners to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Conduct regular market reviews to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with operational execution.
- Track and analyze KPIs, providing actionable feedback to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports, market analysis, and business forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or team leadership within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving team success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges.
- Familiarity with digital financial services, microfinance, or inclusive banking is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
